This is a long-term Strength & Conditioning program for high school athletes of all sports. It can be trained year-round, two to three days per week. The purpose of this program is to progressively increase the load that you are comfortable using for each exercise.
The program includes tissue preparation (foam rolling, stretching, mobility, and dynamic drills); exercises to develop the core muscles; agility and plyometric drills; and the fundamental strength training exercises.
