This is a program for building muscular size. Like all other Contrast programs, the premise of the training is to follow a heavy set of repetitions with a lighter set of repetitions. The lighter set is called the Contrast set. Because this version of a Contrast program favors volume over intensity with eleven total reps per set, it is a great program for putting on muscle mass while maintaining strength levels.
Make sure you eat big and get to bed early!
